We are open 7.30 AM – 5.00 PM Monday to Friday, and 8.00AM-12.00 Midday Saturday mornings, closed Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Absolutely, we have trollies, pallet trucks, and a forktruck available should you need one.

Of course, we recommend you pop in and see us to help choose the ideal unit size, and we can show you the different size units to give you a feel of what would work best for you.

Naturally, you can store anything you like, but there are a few exceptions that can’t be stored such as weapons, firearms or Illegal substances or anything that could be harmful to health or illegal, foods or perishable items are not advised, our terms and conditions state a more extensive list which we advise you read, if in doubt just check with us.

Yes, no problem at all. If you wish to add Friends or family members to your contract all we will need is photo ID verification for each person, in advance of their arrival, and we will add them to your approved contacts.

Yes, you will, the items we store for you remain your responsibility and will need cover to protect against loss or damage for the duration of your rental, most household contents insurance will not cover goods in self-storage, but we can offer full insurance with new for old replacement cover at very low prices.

No problem at all, as long as we have space, changing to a larger or smaller unit is quick and easy to arrange, and can happen almost immediately.

We certainly do, a full range of boxes, bubble wrap, dust covers and packaging accessories is available at reception.
